What's for dinner?

I made a bowl of potato salad ate some and a hard boiled egg, for more protein, as I cooked several more than needed for the potato salad.

yes, anytime to boil eggs is an opportunity to make enough to have as snacks and breakfast.

tonight's dinner was cheese, crackers and hot sauce and then a handfull of peanuts.

Change of plans. My DS and DDIL came over to help me with a chore that I simply could NOT do by myself so we took them out to dinner. Fish tacos tomorrow night!

It was a garden meal night and turned out to be vegetarian too. New potatoes (that slept in the garden last night) and coleslaw.

Yesterday's Boston butt became pulled pork BBQ. Will pkg and freeze after it's cooled off.
