i did a ham and cream cheese roll up and since i had a packet of saurkraut i put that in there. pretty good to me. now i wish i had more saurkraut... for dessert some apples and peanut butter.

Minute steaks and green beans

last night i had healing ice-cream (what Mom now calls it ) for dinner and then for dessert i had some sloppy joes. yes, i'm doing things in reverse...

i got up this morning, at 3am, stayed up until 6, took a 2hr nap and then forgot to have breakfast and went out to get some gardening done before it got too hot out. came in and was still not hungry but Mom toasted some homemade bread and we had sloppy joes (me for brunch).

Roast beef on a roll, nachos, 3 cookies and water. 👍

Steak, baked sweet potatoes, and broccoli. Trying to eat up the meat in the freezer

Tonight...ham steak,.Mac/cheese, baked beans. 😁 Pretty soon too, cause I didn't have lunch -- was busy cooking milk into stuff.

with milk and eggs i'd be doing custardy types of things way too often. i love tapioca pudding as a summer treat (and, well anytime else really... ) and pretty much the same for rice pudding or even plain custards.
