What's for dinner?

I might just do eggplant Parm, too!! Good idea & all is here...couple italian sausage will round it out :drool
Extra for lunch tomorrow, I'm working.

And I had no idea "what" until I read this. ☺️ Good ol freezer fill makes it happen. Glass of vino, too.
Ok....now I just might have to include Italian sausage...;)
 
i have a Beaver Dam pepper to use so i'm thinking i'll dice it up and cook it a little bit in the bowl (covered) to steam it and then add some bbq pork to it and then that will be the sandwich for dinner. we have some watermelon and muskmelon (from the store) to finish up.

BD peppers are about the same amount of heat as a Jalapeno, but that is in theory, i won't know how hot this pepper is until i eat it. :)
