Eggs - we don't eat enough eggs around here. Kinda silly since we have so many. Egg salad happened today so I'm guessing we'll munch on that and not have a more structured dinner.
My family hasnt been eating enough eggs. I started scrambling them for the dogs 😁

you can your own sauce? :)

No. I use canned tomatoes and tomato sauce/and or paste. I like the no salt ones so I can season to my liking. I make sauce like Mom, and Grandma made it. I cannot stand commercial sauce. Mostly because of the sugar. Most any veggies can go in it but caramelized onions and garlic are a must. Bell peppers if I have them. Mom will grate a lot of things in. Zucchini works really well. We always have meat in our sauce. Deer and elk are so lean they were usually used for that as it worked better than as patties.

Tomatoes don't do well here some years so I don't can tomatoes. It's looking like this might be one of those. Late blight is a huge issue. I've seen years where everything had powdery mildew on it. Grass and trees look grey.
