salmon patties today. last night it was cottage cheese and some baked beans and a few bites of tomatoes. trying to figure out breakfast at the moment and not getting far yet.

they're pretty easy (and easier that Mom is making them). the original plan the other day was that i was doing pancakes today but this morning she volunteered to make salmon patties and i said good with me and then reminded her i was going to do pancakes, but i'd much rather have salmon patties...
i made a grilled cheese the other day for her (which is also pretty easy).

Tonight...I'm cooking sweet potatoes right now. Boiled eggs & egg salad yesterday...so, choices. Not so co ordinated -- sounds like a @flowerbug frig raid kinda meal

we did have salmon patties and some mixed veggies for dinner. i got some chocolate frosting on some graham crackers for dessert and held myself to only one sheet of crackers (about 6x3.5in? i've not ever measured them but they've shrunk in recent years).
it was all delicious and there are left-overs for tomorrow.

We had pork chops and sauerkraut with air fried potatoes and salad. Simple, but we went out to lunch for our favorite clam chowder so we wanted a light dinner.

Hamburgers. Some time back I grilled a bunch of burgers up and put some in the freezer. When DH gets a hankering for a burger - there they are, lol.

i don't know what i will have but right now all the sweet stuff is calling to me - i may just skip it all and wait until breakfast because i ate a lot of food last night and i should burn some more of it off tonight sleeping (it's a good way to diet ).
