Hamburgers. I thawed a l lb package, bought some fancy rolls on clearance at Freddy's (Kroger) and will open a quart of home canned baked beans from 2021.

I made way too much tonight. Fried fish, corn on the cob, onion soup and salad. I could have stopped with the salad and soup. DH ate all o it and loved it.

i had a blueberry muffin with some butter on it, glass of milk. as i was also cleaning up i had some bits of corn muffin mix to sample. i hate wasting food...

Picked up butter chicken with naan at Costco. Have never had it, but have a recipe for it. This way I can see if I like the dish before I go to the trouble. I like most Indian foods.
