Picked up butter chicken with naan at Costco. Have never had it, but have a recipe for it. This way I can see if I like the dish before I go to the trouble. I like most Indian foods.

IDK. It was in their deli section as if they made it. Anyway, we liked it.

I roasted a chicken and made some scalloped potatoes last night. Had some broccoli too. Still have potatoes and chicken so will probably eat that tonight again

DH's sister visited the last couple of days so I baked a ham, steamed some fresh broccoli andd baked some sweet potatoes. We'll be having a repeat of that tonight. Plan on canning some ham and bean soup with some of the ham.

I rallied yesterday and tackled the turkey recently baked. Sliced for sandwiches, chunked for "??" and carcass in pot for broth. It's simmering along. That will get strained & canned tomorrow.

Pulled a stuffed pepper out of freezer this morn. That'll be dinner after I get home from work today. Turkey sandwich will go with me for lunch.
