Italian beef sandwiches and then off to a Christmas party. I'm sure there will be plenty of hors d'oeuvres and snacks there, but I prefer to eat something healthy before I go.

They are filling and fairly low calorie. Work well for me. My bloodwork improved as well. If I'm eating them, I'm not eating worse stuff or getting as hungry.
DH is so easy to cook for. He could absolutely eat hamburger (patties - not necessarily sandwiches) and sausage for every meal and not get tired of it, lol. He's a carnivore for sure.I have some cabbage to use up...fat link sausage in freezer. Maybe I'll fix for tonightyours sounded tasty. Stir fry.
