Yep, I get it!
Mine could probably make a sandwich, lol. But, I did fix him some keto bread and he had some brisket piled on top of it. Kinda like an open faced sandwich I guess.
I revise my earlier statement that I was going to have a sweet potato with pulled pork. I had HALF of a sweet potato with pulled pork.

i've been in hog-heaven this past week with most of a pan of lasagna to eat up. i think the last bit of it is today's brunch in a few minutes.

I'm making a big pot of chili this afternoon. I love having containers of chili to pull out of the freezer during the colder months of January and February. It will be dinner tonight.
Also making gravalax for New Years. It takes a couple days to cure.
