Chicken roasting in oven. Just added some potatoes, later i'll put this pan of olive oil brushed cabbage slices to roast. Have a loaf in bread machine working. It's a cooking day definitely doing a cake, too. Lots of eggs to use up, so a pound cake.....probably some egg salad, too.

Oh dang! Save me some - I'm on my way!

a few oranges and some chocolate as we'd eaten out earlier today and i was still full (eat more veggies and less rice ).

[Mini Horses]

Boston butt in oven. Sweet potatoes will go in shortly. Thinking a jar of the canned baked beans will be added since oven is on. Then they'll be eaten during the week. I'm working most days, lunches & ready meals works well. Have half a baked chicken to devour in the mix.

Going to son's house for "the game." We'll have sausage hoagies, cheeseburger sliders, little smokies in bbq sauce, queso dip, pinach artichoke dip and lots of chips. I baked a very rustic loaf of jalapeno cheese bread. About to throw together some dipping oil to go with the bread. Carb heaven! (or he// if you're diabetic)
