It actually is pretty tasty. I would have preferred some corn for texture but adds to the carbs that we try to stay away from. Oh - it was ranch style beans that I used but no reason any other bean wouldn't work well. I think I've made it with black beans in the past. It's an easy, quick one dish meal.

i think tonight will be BLTs in a bowl. i requested this time that the toast not be buttered as it just seems so wrong for me as i do just like Miracle Whip on it alone.

nothing else needed besides toast, MW, bacon, lettuce and tomato. we break it up and put it in bowls so we don't have to worry about how much of a mess it usually is to eat.
