i was aiming for making about 3 gallons of beans to use for baked beans and also to put some plain ones in the freezer to be used for burritoes but i ended up with about 4 & 1/2 gallons instead. that is ok as we'll have some extra in the freezer and also to give away.
this morning Mom has already baked some crescent roll dough (after laying it out flat on cookie sheets) and made a few large veggie pizzas. so she won't have to cook any more this week if she doesn't want to. oh and to use up the rest of the crescent roll dough she's also going to put some pigs in a blanket.
