What's for dinner?

Pork schnitzel sandwiches with mashed potatoes on the side for dinner tonight. One of my stops today was at a local butcher shop.

The air fryer rocks.

In addition to the schnitzel, bought breaded chicken cutlets, steak to make a crockpot stroganoff dish, and BBQ seasoned pork belly to cook on the grill tomorrow. Trying to keep the wife fed

it was mac-n-cheese. should have had some veggies with it. tomorrow...

Did the pork belly in the air fryer. Perfect.

Made the wife pumpkin bread and snickerdoodles. She got a breaded chicken cutlet sammie

Thinly cut strips of steak, beef onion soup mix, mushrooms, and cream of mushroom soup in the slow cooker. A stroganoff like concoction. . Going to serve over either mashed potatoes or rice

We had an early dinner or a late lunch - however you wanna look at it. Big ol' salad with strips of pork tenderloin and a couple of crackers. Not sure if we'll do anything else for dinner other than a light bite of something - if that.

Quiche. No wait - no crust so I guess it was technically a frittata. Mixed up some sour cream and picante to act as a sauce. Had a side-salad and called it good.

i can guarantee you it was a strange assortment of random grazing that should be all i say.

I so need to make a quiche ... To use up eggs. Need to take more eggs to friends! My hens are good at their jobs!

And, need to cook these apples I bought on super sale...almost a month ago Cooler Sunday. Looking like a "cook" day. Maybe even can them.
