I so need to make a quiche ... To use up eggs.

I feel your pain! I have young birds coming in to lay and they're adding to the egg load. Pigs and dogs are about to start getting more!

Shrimp! I accidentally thawed a 2# bag wanted some but now it'll be a couple days event! Steamed. Garlic buttered w/spaghetti. Salad. Use it up. What a way to eat. Nice mistake.
