I had a thawed giant chicken breast. So hubs asked for chicken pot pie. I only had one crust left in the box of 2, so I put croutons on top. YUMMY!!

Sausage and cabbage last night.

Picked up a bunch of salad stuff when shopping this morning so maybe a big ol' salad is in order tonight.

Crisped breakfast burritos. I can't eat eggs in mornings so we do them for dinner sometimes

A single, left over, chorizo sausage link in a PKG, some steam in a bag MW corn. Corn was being discontinued from the plan-o-gram at a reset & sold at $.01 each -- got 4. Birdseye brand.

I'm canning & stove is crowded! 4 pts chicken breast, 3 pts pork loin, 3 pts great northern beans ( to fill the canner). ALL meat bought on final "best buy" date (Kroger). I have $6 invested for 7 packed full pints of excellent meat! It was a lucky buy. Adding to the pantry while I can snatch a deal. Normally don't go there as it's 20 miles away but, delivering 6 dz eggs to a friend. She's my free figs lady
