What's for dinner?

Quiche, made with leftover bfast sausage, ground kale, home grown eggs, a splash of milk and lots of good spices. Topped with parmesan.

We're having ribeye cap steak that we couldn't grill yesterday because if the rain

Im making slow cooked Shredded chicken thigh in gravey with baked potatoes and whole wheat garlic bread.

i think i should be on bread and water for the next three months...

i don't know what i want for dinner, maybe warm up some frozen veggies.

Leftover ginger curry brown rice, sizzled in fry pan for a while. Turn over, continue to sizzle. Added onions, red bells, kale bits and some leftover chicken breast. Seasoned again with garlic, Tamarind salt, and soy sauce. It was soooooo good!

Don't know about tonight -- heck, I just hate breakfast! English muffin & end of a jar of homemade apple butter. Plus coffee.
