I think if you look at the servings per can of the EE eggs vs. Augason Farms, the EE works out to be cheaper. IMO.

Those buggers are expensive. I have a few cans in case someone steals my chickens! :barnie

This woman dehydrates her own eggs and milk and I would think since she uses low temps of a home dehydrator that it wouldn't oxidize the cholesterol as bad as the commercial stuff (I could be wrong about that)

I've tried it some myself but only here recently it worked well but haven't had the dried eggs around long enough to really test the shelf life... but if you have a surplus of your own eggs why not give it a go...
