Okay, so I was eating "lowfat frozen yogurt" instead of ice cream tonight (I know, I know, lowfat instead of full fat, but I didn't buy it), and was wondering if anybody has tried a homemade frozen yogurt, or even better - kefir - ice cream style dessert? Anybody tried it? Who wants to experiment? (Abi?)

Oh I am on this one. I make kefir smoothies for the kids. Frozen berries, kefir, honey or some kind of sweetener some times I add a shot of heavy cream, omega 3 fish oil, vanilla whatever. Then freeze the extras.

Use Popsicle molds or just plastic cups.

Its great.

I don't know if this counts or not. But, I have one of those popsicle molds. I usually just pour some preserves, jam, or other mashed up leftover fruit bits into it then fill the rest with some yogurt. I'm sure if I blended up before i put it in there it would spread the fruit around better (because it sinks to the bottom). But, I'm a bit lazy and this way is just too easy. Mmmm..makes me think of summer. I'm interested in hearing what other people do.
