I left raw goats milk out to clabber and almost 48 hours later, nothing. Why?

It takes longer then that ;)
And room temp plays a big factor.

An old method is to stick your finger in it. Introduces germs. :p
Which finger? I pulled a total bonehead and tried to clean my soap hand blender plugged in and cut my thumb pretty bad. :sick

Then again I think I will wait.

Clabberfy: To get milk to clabber.
Damummis' offical dictionary.

I have the milk sitting on a piece of fleece on the wood stove. Not too hot. Why is it every book I have read said it takes 12-24 hours? Maybe in Africa or something. :D I am starting to doubt the experts.
