My first bow/compound was a bear.... Not that I ever harvested any game, but it was a true compound bow.

My right wrist is a honey comb of scares, 11 pins, and doesn't seem to work with me all the time these days.

Since my parachute accident, I have notice allot of things don't seem to work as they should, but it is what it is, and I still have to get on. :D

But good job to your DH for harvesting some meat, nothing to take away from that.

Its good eats, and DH has a reward for his hard work.. :thumbsup

Are you going to can any meat?
I was planning on it, but this one went all in the freezer--I had enough room. I still have my tag, and if I get one, I will be canning some. I will also be making jerky, pepperettes, pepperoni, sausage and other smoked meats. As we are slowly starting to empty some canning jars, I may have enough to can some venison.
