Okay, so now I gotta try this! I am going to make a breakfast quiche. I am thinking bacon and spinach, onion, green pepper and avocado for me. The same for my sweet husband and FIL but no avocado for them, so I thought I would sprinkle the tops of theirs with bacon pieces. If nothing else, it will be pretty!

Abi, sounds like a very interesting, and serendipitous "oops"!

Would you be kind enough to post your recipe for Shepherd's Pie? I have never encountered one with a cream sauce, or an egg yolk. But then, my experience comes from an Irish boarding school, and they didn't often give us goodies like cream.
