I made zucchini candy day before yesterday with frozen grape juice. I saved the juice and used it today. I simmered 4 giant zucchini, chopped small, until translucent. Then I drained the zucchini and puréed it in the blender. I put a can of frozen grape juice concentrate in the purée and stirred it in.
I put 1 1/2 cups purée per dryer rack. It’s in the dehydrator now. I got 5 full trays and a cup on a 6th tray.

I bet I'd love them. It's silly sometimes overcoming those first eeeewww reactions to something I'm sure I'd really enjoy.
It's basically like fruit leather or fruit rolls, right?
