People have been calling the various government offices and several plan to attend the Madison County Commissioner's meeting next Tuesday, Dec. 7 at 10 AM in the Commissioners Courtroom in the Madison County Government Center, 16 E. 9th Street, Anderson, IN 46016.

Ya gotta feel sorry for the guy. I wonder why the government agencies involved haven't stepped up to HELP him instead of booting him off his property......

I can't comprehend why Big Brother insists it's "unsafe" to live without electricity, sewer, or running water, when our ancestors did just fine without those luxuries. Hope he puts up a fight.

I know the laws sucks but he has 37 acres.

sell off 5-8 acres
get some power and septic and they can leave him alone

he doesn't have to move

he is a landowner and can find a solution

but yea, interfer, interfer, interfer is all that happens nowadays

Depending on the minimal parcel size he may not be able to split the land up. That and here it cost and arm and a leg to do a lot split. They need to just leave him alone. He looks like he's doing just fine.

It pisses them off that he is happy and content.

They want him to pay permit fees for power, water and sewer. Then there going to re asses the value of his property and raise his taxes based on the improvements made.
