It doesn't matter. I have bags and bags of shredded squash in the freezer for winter goodies! Since I have so much yellow squash, I substituted it for zucchini and made yellow squash bread, it was delicious!
My husband and I went to the blueberry farm last week and picked 13 pounds. I washed them, drained them, spread on cookie sheets and froze them. I finally got around to bagging them up in vacuum sealed bags today and got 11 bags with 2 cups of berries in each bag.
