Thanks @sumi !
Somehow I missed your notice, and I pulled up the website this morning, saw the picture and thought, "Hey, that looks just like our flowers!" :gig

I can't remember if I posted a picture yet or not, but lately in the evenings, we've had tree frogs plastered to the outside of our dining room window. Apparently they find it a good spot to catch bugs that hit the window when they try to get to the light inside. It's funny to see their bellies glued to the window! I'll look for the picture. :D

Thank you, Sumi! Around here it's the year of the butterfly...more than I've ever seen, with up to 10 on a single plant of zinnia at a time! We have a large mimosa tree and it looks like it's moving it has so many butterflies...all different kinds, colors and sizes.

We have a lot of Monarch butterflies this year. I have even seen quite a few caterpillars also. Our fields are full of milkweed plants.

What do you treat the peaches with to keep them from turning brown?

I didn't this time. I just sliced and dehydrated. I also dehydrated fresh pineapple this week and banana chips. Normally I'd use lemon juice but I ran out. I know that when dehydrating potatoes, if they turn brown, it affects the looks but not the nutrition. Mostly they're just for me so I don't really care. I'm hoping to dehydrate okra tomorrow. I'm too tired to load it up tonight.
When I did the banana chips, they didn't turn as brown as I had feared they would but the tray above and below it was pineapple. Maybe that helped?
