Not cooking, not going to a big "family" dinner (my ex), not eating huge meal. LOL I'm just cruising blissfully along.

That would be my ideal way to spend the day, lol. But, because MIL is aging fast we're taking her to a big family gathering north of Houston. I really didn't want to drive today - but going to do it anyway. She's a sweetheart so I'm glad to try and make this a nice day for her.

The wife and I both were awake at 4:30 this morning. She was hungry for the first time in days, and I was hungry and wide awake. IHOP at 5:30. Lol. Turkey breast in the slow cooker. Quiet day today

Sunshine here. Winds have died down from yesterday (which was bad wind!) and we have rains rolling in late tomorrow & through Sunday. Well, been decent most days all week. Can't have everything....right?

I had eggplant parm yesterday. Love it!

Started truck first time in 4 days. Needed tractor gas. Used a little backroads place, no traffic -- vehicles or people. Not gonna go to any store on black Friday. Even my little old town ones. LOL

We will hit high 70's today - and humid! I enjoyed the couple days of fall we had - then we had a couple days of winter, then we went back to summer. Bi-polar weather for sure!
