What's for dinner?

i had half a tablespoon of peanut butter (leftover from baiting mouse traps) and a piece of garlic bread with some fake liver pate' on it and a handful of pecans, dried tart cherries and some dark chocolate chips. i think i'll need a few peanut butter crackers...

We had the rest of the potato soup I made yesterday. It hit the spot with our weather.

Smoked beef ribs with smoked baked potatoes. Basically I figured if I'm running that big thing anyway, might as well put some potatoes on.

No idea what to make for supper. I have a mutton neck roast ready to make into something. I'm out of BBQ to smother it with. I'm not a fan of mutton roasts.

I really want some lettuce for salads but all the recalls scare me, and we just aren't quite warm enough to grow some, lol

Are there any local growers near you? Local food stores? We have local hydroponic lettuce in grocery stores here.

I'm saved by leftovers. There's enough chicken fajitas for supper. :whew: The mutton roast survives another day. I should feed it to the chickens already.
