An inch of rain in 24 hours but it was the wind last night. Dang I'm glad I have the silkie pen strapped tight. That wind was slamming everything early this morning. We lost power for about 5 hours. It was apparently a quick fix because we aren't a priority area for more in depth ones. Tons of power outages around the area

no, just coming home from taking care of a friend. i'm trying to get her back home before dark because of the deer. snow would complicate things. it's not snowing now so i think we'll be ok for today. tonight and tomorrow may be more iffy. i am looking forwards to getting some fresh air and shovelling in the morning - i'm sick that way...
