Have a hankering for some baked beans. So I got a jar I canned from pantry for tonight. Not sure what I'll have with but, gonna have my crave fix.😊 Pulled a pint of canned chicken out chicken salad for lunches this week at work. Easy fix & healthy. Better get a loaf of bread going.

last night it was fresh blueberry pie filling (we normally don't bother with the graham cracker crust), it is basically fresh whole blueberries (not cooked at all - just sort out the fuzzy ones and pull off some stems and that's about it for them) and some pudding that is made from butter, water, flour and sugar (very simple). whipped cream is ok on it, but i consider that very optional if the blueberries are good i like them to be the main attraction. :)

I sometimes make a thick patty of ground beef, and caramelized onions cooking too. Adds the flavor you miss from condiments on a burger. Fast meal.

we often take a can of mushrooms and use those instead of anything else. it works well for me as i avoid a lot of calories that would come from the Miracle Whip and ketchup i'd love to pile on with plenty of fresh chopped onions.
