Oh, I canned 17 more pints of chicken broth today. Finally. Done. I thawed some Cherokee Purple tomatoes that I blanched and peeled, canned them-got 4 pints. I love my All American!!!!!
This is great! You are learning the pressure canner! Pictures! Pictures please!My mom is here and we're working on canning the pumpkin. I was going to try to get it finished after she goes home but she explained the pressure cooker to me and I was like uhh OH no I don't think so. She's going to come back to finish it with me.
