All American 921 Pressure Canner

Oh, I canned 17 more pints of chicken broth today. Finally. Done. I thawed some Cherokee Purple tomatoes that I blanched and peeled, canned them-got 4 pints. I love my All American!!!!!

I'm taking knowledge from all of you here and my husband is going to think I am frackin nuts but he didn't wait long enough before we got married so oh well he'll get over it. LOL

My mom is here and we're working on canning the pumpkin. I was going to try to get it finished after she goes home but she explained the pressure cooker to me and I was like uhh OH no I don't think so. She's going to come back to finish it with me.
