Biggest downside after doing some research is this will raise our taxes enough to notice.
A few searches on Zillow and Redfin show that that what will be similar properties, with less acreage, are going for $550-600k. So I guess we will still have lots of equity. We cannot buy any property here for less than $400k and that includes in the cities. There is no affordable housing.

great! I needed that. Spazzing over this weather crap that's coming Sat. Cold & snow that I hate.
