I've just finished reading Nourishing Traditions and I'm rethinking my granola/granola bar habit. I don't have a food dehydrator so I was wondering if anyone has had success with drying out quick oats and rolled oats after soaking them? Is a low oven an option?

Well, I don't dilute it when I use it for baking or making "ice cream" but I thought for straight drinking that it might be a bit rich. I'm going to open a can later and diluted little by little until it seems just about right. It's also a bit pricey straight out of the can.
I was wondering if anyone knew how much I should dilute canned, full fat coconut milk if I'm going to use it with my cereal or just for drinking.
