Better to open a capsule of acidophilous or a multi-strain capsule, as found in the refrigerated health section. Put it on a tampon and insert overnight. It's a more effective way to colonize with more friendly bacteria than just yogurt.

I made raspberry jam today. I followed the recipe exactly, to a T. I'm optimistic.

I freeze mozzarella. We make our own pizza, but not often enough to use up mozzarella without it going moldy, so I buy it already grated, on sale, and keep it frozen. It works just great, my pizzas are awesome. I'll add other cheeses as well.

I have a huge raspberry patch. I need more recipes. I've had inconsistent jam results, and could use some tips on jam making. I still have frozen raspberries left from last year. We make smoothies, pie, ice cream. What I need is an excellent jam recipe that my kids will like.
