Nixed the salmon. Went shopping today and bought a cauliflower crust pizza that we devoured as a late lunch when I got home. I'm still stuffed so not sure I'll have anything else. However, I have a hankering for an apple and peanut butter. Might or might not...

Never had or made or bought a ham loaf.

edited to add: just looked it up. Its like a meat loaf but with sausage and ground ham. YUM!

DH had a snack plate with cheese, radishes, onion, olives and jalapenos. Not my thing but it works for him. I had that apple and peanut butter I thought about earlier.

I had a pan meal...pork chop, diced potatoes in oven. Heated corn in a pan in oven, too. Potatoes & corn prev canned. Chop fm freezer. No grocery shopping.

Chicken roasting in oven. Just added some potatoes, later i'll put this pan of olive oil brushed cabbage slices to roast. Have a loaf in bread machine working. It's a cooking day

definitely doing a cake, too. Lots of eggs to use up, so a pound cake.....probably some egg salad, too.
