    LOL! I read about that! Well I used the first recipe and canned them for 25 minutes in my WBC. Every single one pinged, pray I did it right!

    Pepper Jelly question...

    Same thing happened here with my cranberry pepper jelly. I use it for cream cheese bricks too, so I'm fine with it. :)
