Thanks for the link. I've been wanting to do something with a bunch of jeans that haveholes in them and the kids have outgrown. I had an idea to do a quilt but it always looked so complicated.
Oh! Oh! Oh! I forgot to mention. DH was super motivated last night and cleaned the entire kitchen ceiling to floor last night. I couldn't believe it when I woke up.
I DO know where my laundry is. All over the floor! LOL Yeah, I am sorting it... kinda.
ETA: I'm adding a few things to the list. 15 minutes of weeding/gardening, one load of laundry s to f, 1 load of dishes and cleaning the litterboxes.

Their steps are different from what I've seen/used. I've always used one bowl. Be sure that the eggs you are using are room temperature. One other thing I noticed about their recipe is that they only use the yolks. I use one whole egg plus one egg yolk. Here is the way I usually do mine. I...
I've got the recipe for Dandelion wine from the book, The Backyard Homestead. Only thing is, I forgot to get the raisins. Here is the recipe:
3 quarts dandelion blossoms
1 gallon water

3 pounds sugar
1 ounce fresh yeast
1 pound raisins

I would say it's a way to help you organize and set up routine for keeping your house clean but it's really so much more than that. She often says a few of the quotes the gals and I posted like: "You can do anything in 15 minutes", "Jump in where you are at", "FLY - Finally Loving Yourself" and...

You guys make me want to cry sometimes... the Purple Puddle kind. It reminds me of why I keep coming back to this forum above all others. I haven't been very nice to myself lately thinking that I was "just being honest with myself" telling myself that I just wasn't meant to be a stay at home...
I'm doing beginner babysteps with FlyLady again.

I'll update as the day goes on. I'm trying to keep it simple to develop good habits.
Not too bad. Still a bit saltier than I like. I used 1/2 olive oil and 1/2 vegetable oil. You can definitely taste the olive oil. Next time, I'll go with just vegetable oil or maybe 1/4 olive oil.
The drizzle thing is definitely important. If you get overzealous, it goes all funky. Last time I made it it was WAY too salty and DH wouldn't touch it. Recipe I'm trying today to go in deviled eggs is: 1 egg, 1 egg yolk, 1/2 t salt, 1T vinegar, 1 T lemon juice, 1/8 t sugar, 1/2 t mustard...
