    Frustratedearthmother's Journaling Journey

I was thankful to get what I got from my garden but even so - certainly can't call it a good garden year! I harvested some corn. Not a lot but just enough to make me determined to plant again next year. I should have put in an extra planting - I had time back then - but life got in the way...

    Frustratedearthmother's Journaling Journey

DH's knee is getting a little more manageable. He's been able to get in and out of his chair by himself. That's a huge relief for me (and my shoulder). We worked out today. We did a strength training session and then the chair yoga. He does both sitting. After that - a nap, lol. I slept...

    Frustratedearthmother's Journaling Journey

Well, it's been a week. Not an exceptional one - not a bad one either until Thursday. DH has been doing so well. But, he fell and all of his 200+ lbs landed on his right knee. It's downright agonizing for him but he wouldn't go anywhere to get it looked at. So, I told him he'd better suck...

    What's for dinner?

Last night was a hodgepodge night. We had hamburger patties - DH's favorite meal...ugh. But, I can eat 'em so.... Alongside was steamed broccoli, lima beans and a tomato, cucumber, and red onion salad.

    Frustratedearthmother's Journaling Journey

Who knows? If I had horned goats I'd blame it on that. OH wait - I do have horned goats, but they're in a separate pen. It could have come from horseplay....I guess I should call it goat play ... but it takes a LOT of force to tear through a muscle like that. I can actually feel the tear in...
