what i thought was the last picking of tomatoes wasn't. since my sister arrived for her visit and wanted to move around she helped Mom pick tomatoes. so that meant that last night instead of doing a smaller batch of canning we had enough tomatoes for another 15 quarts, plus now i have yet...

the lighthouse had a panel of stained glass blown out of it several months ago. i'd gotten the glass cleaned up and Mom had purchased replacement stained glass, but i did not think i should do this with just me as i needed to get the glass in place and then secure it and i'd need at least three...

we'll give them to friends or eat them or perhaps i'll chunk them up and freeze them for chili. i dunno yet. :)

we had some stuffed peppers, potato salad and some chocolate pie like thingy, that was good. all delicious and filling.

you may need to downsize it from the raw image before posting it? there may be a setting on your camera or phone to take pictures of certain resolutions so it doesn't use up so much space and make such large files. for example with my camera a picture can take up 22M with the NEF raw imagine...

i have a similar set of tools that ran all of $3 on sale. very useful, except now the philips #2 are so worn they don't work very well. need to get some replacements.

i check it once a day but i sure don't watch it on tv and i'm only checking when i have the energy for it and sheilds are up.
