I think I'll do some that way for eggplant parm. Also going to bake some and freeze it as puree for casseroles. I love eggplant but this is ridiculous, lol!

Will wonders never cease! Now that I've got several hens in a coop I'm getting eggs again! I got all the birds that were in the backyard cooped but still have some running around the big barn. That's generally not a problem. They have a corner of the barn blocked off for them and a nestbox...

Straight up 6am. On my first cup. Woke up to fog this morning. It's been awhile since we've had that. Ugh...

We got an inch in the morning round and another inch in the evening round. We had 2 inches Thursday for a whopping 4 inches in a couple of days. No standing water. It all soaked in.

Geeze - hope they get it taken care of soon!
