I found this one in my canning book (have not tried it):
1 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
4 tsp liquid honey
2 tsp pickling spice
2 tsp pickling salt
2 cloves garlic, halved
1/2 lb jalepeno peppers, seeded & thinly sliced
Combine vinegar, water, honey, pickling spic & salt in small sauce...
