That's such a good idea that I'm gettin one now :) I used to use some of the bottles as waterers just like the plastic jugs with the neck in the ground.
Cold is liquor weather ;) Usually a pint will make a week. Hardly drink fore dark. Got too many things to do with out burnin daylight. Now wait til spring when the garden starts and the days get long. Then its bring on the beer.
Bought 4 bags of feed that had a tear in the corner for a dollar off on each bag (lost less than 3lbs of feed total) and had a 15% off coupon. Saved enough that by the numbers a whole sack was free and nearly two.
Use them in my tackle box to organize hooks, sinkers, swivels, splitshot and other small things.
When hunting with my 22 I use one roughly the size of a 35mm film canister to hold loose shells. Just put them in the canister and pack a couple cotton balls, paper towels or piece of cloth on top...
I use them for jugs when I'm jugging and runnin trotlines for catfish. Also the frozen jug trick can be used to keep a livewell cool or a bait bucket cool when fishing.
I still got til mid september, so I aint on top of it yet, but I will be by then. I'm puttin in stands next week, and making a few pallet blinds as well.
