Make a bunch of Apple Cider Vinegar. Just google it there are a bunch of guides and youtube videos on how to. It is great stuff use it all the time. Add a little to the chickens water cleans the waterer and keeps them healthier.

You can do it yourself. Either rent a sand blaster or sand it. bondo any holes. If there is rust sand of grind it off. You really only have to loosen all the loose debris and topcoat. Bare metal is better but too much work. There are plenty of resources online to give you a more indepth...
