I'd say that the space underneath is about 20' -ish at the highest point, 3' at the lowest.
There's about 2 1/2' between the ground and the panels, at the lowest point of the day.
So, as I was walking around my acreage today, and I passed my 90 X 24, 54 panel solar array. An idea struck me that I might be able to double up the wasted space beneath the steel frame as a livestock shelter. Has anyone tried this? Any concerns?

Well, it's two PVC posts, capped and caulked at each end with holes drilled in the top for the plants. The water is drained out at the ends of the posts into a storage bin, where it's oxygenated and filtered, then it's pumped back into the system. The plants themselves are in net baskets...
