Only 2 hours outside this morning. Poor air quality and 80 degrees by 10 am. New butterfly garden has been weeded, started trenching for the edging.

yes very humid this morning. we went out with the new 'lectric toy to see how it worked as we needed some edges trimmed. i was hoping the blade attachment we got would work and it does but it also will damage things too much and Mom is not steady enough to use it reliably. so that experiment ended and tomorrow i'll try out the string trimmer attachment and perhaps Mom will be ok with that. i'll need to get some biodegradeable trimmer string though in the right size before i'll want to use a lot of it - i'm still picking bits of string from the previous trimmers out of the gardens/etc...

Riding the energy wave, not sure where it came from. The upper hallway walls I patched are now sanded down, wiped down, dust cleaned up, and ready to paint. Doing it between the downtime with the canning process. Go figure

Pecking away continues. Last night after dinner, finished up emptying two totes and one moving box. Earmarked one full tote to let the kids decide (board games we played when they were kids)

Every small amount counts. I went thru 2 boxes last week -- felt pretty good. Got rid of some, condensed some I wanted to keep. only on shoebox full now.
