7-up Potatoes and Carrots

Fortunately the weather is very mild here in eastern Washington. Was able to dig the last of the potatoes and a few more carrots yesterday. Make a wonderful roast and cooked a few of the red potatoes in 7-up. If you have never tried it, just cover the potatoes with 7-up and a bit of water and simmer. Delish!
