9 jars of chicken for the pantry. i think ill can alot more because the freezer is about full.

made another sheath last night for this old kelly Charlestown. only like 14 more to go.

well we actually got in the garden today and got some stuff sowed. carrots, beets, swiss chard, squash and zucchini. i also washed out the ac, mowed, changed the oil on my truck, went to church and did a little spring cleaning around the house.

five years in the making. No telling how many wheel barrows and tractor buckets of wood chips, compost, manure, and hundreds of buckets of water carried.

today we started building soil in the newest part of the orchard. Cleaned out the chicken coop, rabbit hutch, and compost bin.

we planted none of this. watermelons, dill, and tomatoes are coming up all over.

finally got the carots canned. not as much as i would have liked so i planted 2 beds of them. hopefully they come up soon.
they never seem to want to sprout.
