I hear when it comes to bucks u don't wanna harvest in the peak of the season. Something about testosterone.

Yep when they're in rut they smell/taste gross just like goat bucks!

Really gamey bucks, you can mix with fatty ground pork or just straight up bacon (although not how I prefer to use bacon) and make sausage. And sometimes that's all you can do! Lol but it's pretty good that way.
