Well, I know you are supposed to store the jars in a cool, dark place. Mine are in the mud room. . . . . . but I keep opening the door and turning on the light to gaze lovingly at my shelves of salsa, jelly, beans, apples, and relish ;)

I'm hoping this fetish will pass before I expose them to too much light, LOL!!

Anyone else fighting this battle??

Oh, absolutely! That's my downtime in fall--smiling at the jars in the cellar :D

Mine are till sitting on the dining room table. I need to clear out some room downstairs for them. I wish I had somewhere upstairs to store the (I hate stairs).

I already filled the cupboard to overflowing and am now storing jars on the floor of one of our rooms. I make company come and look at all my jars. :p
