I've always known I do better on anything but early mornings. I only moved to days for school, so I knew it was temporary. They need people more on nights than early days. My supervisor was really happy to move me back and give me weekends off again.
It's now warm enough I no longer get hungry. I'll have to figure something out lol.

Not to worry, we don't take it personally when you need your space. I've kind of been feeling the same in my real life. I've been wanting to hole up and push everyone outside the immediate family away. I also have had less energy to read others' journals this week. I have a lot of catching up to do this weekend.- Thread starter

I've kinda been feeling that way too. If it weren't for my chickens and the Farmer's Market, I wouldn't leave the house. I've got a bad case of "I don't give a sh*t" and it's pretty dangerous to be around me when I'm like that. And my husband just doesn't get it!

Yeppers, its all over. I think the constant stream of negative news both here and around the world is a factor. The poor Spring that has many of us behind in our outdoor goals, it is just depressing at times....

the gym after work is happy.
i stretch for 20-30 (without kitties helping)... then i do 100 plies/releves (the 5 ballet poses ). then i do a bit of rowing (sets of 10 til my back yells) and then i walk back home. it's just about 1 mile so i get a mile walk to warm up and cool down.
i have to plan it right so my back isn't twinging cuz then walking home is horrid.

Stretching sounds like a good antedote. My friend who teaches yoga is nudging me to take a class with her this summer. I think I probably will.

I went to one this morning. Price were WAY up except on watermelon. That was the same. I did find a good deal on tomatoes at the Mexican market. Made some salsa. It is fermenting right now
